HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Erwin High School for coach Mike Sexton … Earned all-conference honors as a prep senior after accounting for 1,817 all-purpose yards, including 1,167 yards and 21 touchdowns on the ground … Also recorded 362 receiving yards and 288 return yards … Scored a pair of touchdowns on special teams … Named special teams player of the year … Led Erwin to its first undefeated regular season in school history … Also lettered in track & field for the Warriors.
