AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN AT WESTERN CAROLINA (2019): Played in 10 games … Registered seven tackles, including a trio of solo stops … Posted a career-best four stops, including an assist on a tackle for loss, at NC State … Also grabbed a pair of solo tackles in the season finale at Alabama.
 
AS A FRESHMAN AT WESTERN CAROLINA (2018): Redshirted … Made collegiate debut in regular season finale at UNC Chapel Hill.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at A.L. Brown High School for coach Mike Newsome … Earned all-conference nods for third-straight year as a senior after registering 90 tackles (35 solo), one sack and six quarterback hurries … Also tallied a pair of pass break-ups and two forced fumbles … Named as a finalist for county defensive player of the year accolades, and earned an invitation to state’s East-West All-Star Game where he returned a blocked field goal 50 yards for a touchdown … Registered 94 tackles (50 solo) as a junior, as well as a pair of sacks … Also registered an interception, forced three fumbles and recovered a fumble … Earned a spot on Independent Tribune’s Dream Team … Was also a standout track & field athlete (jumps) for the Wonders.
