AS A SOPHOMORE (2013): Played in seven games for UNCP … Rushed for 101 yards on 27 carries (3.7 yards/rush) and scored four touchdowns … Also caught three passes for 12 yards … Ran four times for 10 yards and a third quarter score at Fayetteville State … Saw a season-high eight carries for 22 yards against Shaw, while also registering one reception for five yards … Also returned a kickoff 24 yards against the Bears … Logged a rushing touchdown in consecutive games with Newberry, Tusculum and Virginia-Lynchburg … Also carried the ball four times for a season-best 38 yards against VUL, including a season-long 18-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter.

AS A FRESHMAN AT GARDNER-WEBB (2012): Played in all 11 games for Gardner-Webb, mainly on special teams … Returned seven kickoffs for 84 yards (12.0 yards/return) … Also posted 14 receiving yards (one reception) and tallied a trio of rushing attempts … Tallied a season-long 22 yard kickoff return at Richmond … Returned three kicks (29 yards) at Pitt … Rushed three times for 0 yards against VMI … Caught one pass for 14 yards at Charleston Southern.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Garner High School under coach Nelson Smith … Earned all-conference laurels as a prep senior after rushing for 1,678 yards (196 carries) and 24 touchdowns in leading the Trojans to a 15-1 record and a berth in the state championship game … Also registered 300 receiving yards and a pair of additional scores … Ran for 224 yards and four touchdowns in a state playoff win over Wilmington Laney (N.C.)
