Smith High School for coach Duran MacLaurin … Hauled in 38 catches for 583 yards and nine touchdowns as a prep senior en route to capturing second-straight first team all-conference and offensive player of the year laurels … Was also named team most valuable player … Caught 43 passes for 446 yards and seven touchdowns as a junior … Was also an all-conference and all-region selection in baseball for the Golden Bulls.
