AS A SENIOR (2017): Played in five games … Caught 11 passes for 116 yards, while recording multiple catches against five different opponents … Caught a pair of passes for 20 yards in the season opener against Winston-Salem State … Established career highs for both receptions (3) and receiving yards (40) at Elizabeth City State, including a season-long 20-yard reception … Caught a pair of passes against Catawba (17 yards), Tusculum (21) and Newberry (20) as well.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at West Carteret High School for coach Todd Nelson … Earned all-conference and second-straight team most valuable player nods as a senior after rushing for 1,457 yards (178 carries) and 20 touchdowns, while also completing one pass for a 10-yard touchdown … Returned six punts for 141 yards (23.50 avg.) and seven kickoffs for 143 yards (20.43) … Also lettered in basketball for the Patriots.
