AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2016): Played in nine games … Recorded 12 tackles (6 solo), including four tackles for loss (-12 yards) … Also turned in 1-1/2 sacks (-7 yards) and a quarterback hurry … Registered multiple tackles against three opponents, including a season-best four stops (2 solo) against Kentucky Wesleyan … Also registered 1-1/2 sacks against the Panthers … Made three tackles in his UNCP debut against Fayetteville State … Grabbed quarterback hurry at Valdosta State.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015): Redshirted ... Did not see game action.

AS A FRESHMAN AT WINSTON-SALEM STATE (2014): Played in one game for Winston-Salem State … Registered a tackle assist in the fourth quarter of WSSU’s win over UNCP.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Carver High School for coach Melvin Palmer … Tallied 88 tackles as a senior, including 18 sacks … Also turned in two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery … Earned all-state and all-region accolades, as well as his third-straight all-conference and defensive player of the year honors … Registered 131 tackles as a junior.

PERSONAL: The son of Kelli Crowder and Bruce Brim … Has an older brother, Matt, and two older sisters, Tabby and Kaitlyn … Maintained a 3.7 cumulative grade point average at Carver High School and graduated in the top 15 percent of his 117-member senior class … An exercise & sports science major at UNCP.
