HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Metrolina Christian Academy for coach Thomas Langley … Threw for 1,058 yards and 10 touchdowns as a senior on 78-of-144 (.542) passing in pacing the Warriors to an appearance in the NCISAA state championship game … Also ran for 283 yards and two additional scores on 53 carries … Threw for 896 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior on 60-of-91 passing with just two interceptions … Also ran for 225 yards and a pair of scores on 28 carries.
