HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Ardrey Kell High School for coach Adam Hastings … Earned his third-straight all-conference nod as a senior after hauling in 30 catches for 612 yards and five touchdowns … Also ran for 120 yards and an additional score … Returned one punt and four kickoffs for touchdowns … Also averaged 33.4 yards per kickoff return … Named Southwestern 4AA Special Teams Player of the Year … Was also a standout in basketball and track & field for the Knights … Ranked among top 10 in state in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes as both a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: The son of Wanda and Reggie Woods … Has a younger brother, Elijah … Maintained a 3.4 cumulative grade point average at Ardrey Kell High School … A double major in political science and economics at UNCP.
