Having played his junior and senior years on the UNCP men’s basketball teams, graduate assistant coach Courtney Pulley enters his first year on the UNCP men’s basketball coaching staff for the 2015-16 season.
As a graduate assistant, Pulley's daily tasks included assisting the coaching staff in day-to-day events including filming practices and games, practice set up and coordination for all practice and game equipment. His knowledge gained while playing on the court has greatly helped in his coaching abilities and relationships with the current athletes. During his playing career with the Braves, he played in seven games following his transfer from Bluefield.
He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from UNCP in 2014 and is currently pursuing his masters in Exercise and Sports Science at UNCP. He currently resides in Pembroke.
