AS A SOPHOMORE (2014-15)
As a guard, he played in 20 games to total 67 minutes on the court … Averaged 1.2 points, 0.5 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 3.4 minutes per game … Shot 57.1 percent (8-for-14) from the field, including a 6-of-8 (.750) success rate from the charity stripe … Went 2-for-4 from the perimeter (.500) … Turned in a season-best four points three times in the win over Southern Wesleyan,  the victory over Georgia Southwestern and in the close loss to GRU Augusta … Played a season-high 15 minutes against GRU Augusta …  Turned in two assists, grabbed two rebounds and picked up a pair of steals against GRU Augusta …  Finished the season with a 24 points, nine rebounds, six assists and three steals.

AS A FRESHMAN (2013-14)
Was a student manager for the UNCP men’s basketball team … Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Shelby High School under coach Aubrey Hollifield… Lettered in basketball and football … As a senior, he helped his team to a 22-6 record and to the NCHSAA Boys’ 2A Western Regional Finals … Averaged 11.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game … Garnered the Heart of the Lion Award and Coach’s Award, both given by the team … Named to the all-tournament team … In his junior campaign, he played in 21 games and logged 18.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game … Team went 19-5 with the help of the all-conference and all-district athlete … Named MVP and Offensive Player of the Year by the team … Named all-conference and the Power 98 POWERADE Athlete of the Week as the football team’s quarterback.
