AS A SOPHOMORE AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO (2019-20): Played in 25 games (14 starts) … Averaged 11.9 points, 4.2 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game … Shot better than 40 percent (99-for-246) from the field, including a 41.3 percent (43-for-104) success rate from the perimeter … Also connected on nearly 74 percent (56-for-76) of his free throw attempts … Ranked ninth among Lone Star Conference leaders in assists per game, and led Mustangs in assists, steals and 3-point shooting … Western New Mexico turned in its best record since 2013 in 2019-20 … Scored 10 or more points in 16 outings, including four contests with 20 or more points … Nearly logged his first double-double of the season with 12 points and nine boards at Eastern New Mexico … Turned in five or more assists 11 times, highlighted by a trio of 8-assist performances … Scored a season-best 22 points on 5-of-6 shooting (5-for-5 from the perimeter) in the season finale against Lubbock Christian.
