AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
A member of the PBC Presidential Honor Roll … Finished 15th in the preliminaries of the 100m dash at the PBC Championships with a time of 13.26 seconds for a new personal best time in the event … Threw the javelin for the first time in her career at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational for a mark of 12.04m and an overall 20th place finish … Ran the 100m dash (30th, 13.45 seconds) and the 200m dash (41st, 28.39 seconds) at the Weems Baskin Invitational … At the Gene Anderson Invitational, she placed 12th in the 60m dash with a time of 8.32 seconds, 20th in the 200m dash with a time of 28.38 seconds and was the third leg of the 4x400m relay (11th, 4:30.21).

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at the Grace Christian School in Sanford, N.C. … Lettered in soccer, while also earning accolades including all-state for four years, all-conference, MVP, offensive MVP and all-tournament.

PERSONAL
The daughter of Lisa and Steven Norris … Has two older brothers Adrian and Aaron and one sister Tamika … Her brother Aaron plays soccer for the Mount Olive Trojans … An athletic training major at UNCP.
