AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Ran a personal best time in the 400m hurdles at the PBC Championships for a fifth place finish with a time of 1:07.81 along with an 11th place finish in the triple jump for a personal best mark of 9.60m to score four points for the Braves … As the UNCW Seahawk Invitational, she competed in the long jump (29th, 4.29m), triple jump (14th, 9.12m) and the 400m hurdles (18th, 1:11.90) … Won the 400m hurdles in a time of 1:10.96 at the CCU Chanticleer Classic and finished 10th at the Wofford College Terrier Relays in a time of 1:09.42 in the event. 

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School under coach Elizabeth Gray… Lettered in dance … Garnered the perseverance award, the sportsmanship award and named all-conference in the fall of 2012 in cross country … In her senior year, she helped the team become indoor and outdoor state champions and was named all-conference in indoor and outdoor track … Competed in the 50m hurdles (9.04 seconds), 100m Hurdles (15.90 seconds), 300m hurdles (47.04 seconds), long jump (13-7) and triple jump (30-8) in her final year of competition … In her junior campaign, she ran the 100m hurdles (17.54 seconds), 300m hurdles (48.54 seconds), 500m run (1;22.90) and the 55m hurdles (10.39 seconds) … Given the best effort award and was an indoor and outdoor all-conference runner.

PERSONAL
The daughter of Lynetta Blango and Gerald Gray … Was a member of the key club … A mathematics education major at UNCP.
