Season bests: 1500m (5:31.58), 5000m (20:05.07) … Placed 13^th in the 1500-meter Run at the Braves Classic … Also ran the 1500-meter Run and placed 13^th at the Braves Classic season opener.

AS A SOPHOMORE (20108-19)
Cross Country 
Season bests: 5K (20:14.7), 6K (25:16.3) ... Finished 12^th at the Mount Olive Twilight Meet ... Had a top-25 finish (22^nd) at the Great American Festival ... Placed 39^th at the Peach Belt Conference Championship and 75^th at the Southeast Region Championships. 
Indoor
Season bests: 3000m (11:35.05) ... Finished 31^st in the 3000-meter run at the Carolina Challenge and closed out the season with a 19^th place finish in the 3000-meter run at the JDL DMR Invitational. 
Outdoor 
Season bests: 5000m (19:56.03), 10000m (43:34.93), 1-Mile (5:50.76) ... Won the 3000-meter run event at the UNCP vs. UMO Dual ... Placed 3^rd in the 5000-meter run at the UNCW Invitational, the Adidas Trojan Challenge, and the Pickle Festival Relays ... Finished 10^th in the 10000-meter run at the Peach Belt Conference Championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2017-18)

Season bests: 4K (16:22), 5K (18:55.6), 6K (24:40.45) … Competed in six events ... Opened collegiate career with 75^th place finish at Elon Opener (4K) … Tallied top-25 finishes in three of next four meets, including a 14^th-place showing at Queens Twilight (5K) … Also placed 22^nd at the FSU Invitational (5K) and 18^th at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (5K) … Finished 53^rd at NCAA Southeast Regional (6K).

Season bests: Mile (6:04.03), 3000m (11:25.61), 5000m (19:46.94) … Recorded two top-20 finishes, including a 15^th-place finish in the 5000-meter Run at the Buccaneer Invitational.
Outdoor
Season bests: 1500m (5:36.44), Mile (6:04.56), 3000m (11:58.62), 3000m SC (12:51.51), 5000m (19:49.50), 10000m (44:14.76) … Turned in five top-10 finishes, including a runner-up showing in the 3000-meter Steeplechase at the Trojan Challenge … Also finished fourth in the 3000-meter Run in the dual meet with Mount Olive.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Maclay School for coach Gary Droze … Qualified for the state meet in both the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter runs as a senior … A six-time all-Big Bend selection … Captured the region championship in the 3,200-meter run, as well as a trio of district titles … A four-time state qualifier in cross country … Registered personal best times of 2:34 in the 800-meter run, 5:29 in the 1,600-meter run and 11:23 in the 3,200-meter run … Also posted a personal-best time of 19:49 in the 5K run.
