PEMBROKE – Athletics department officials at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke announced Thursday afternoon that they have renegotiated their exclusive multi-year hotel partnership with Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke with an extension through the 2022-23 season.
 
As part of the agreement, the Holiday Inn Express in Pembroke will receive marketing through UNCP's athletic properties and events, while serving as the exclusive hotel vendor for all athletics department business.
 
"We couldn't be more appreciative of the leadership at the Holiday Inn Express and their ongoing commitment to the success of Braves Athletics," said athletics director Dick Christy. "This partnership is a great asset to our teams and visitors attending our games and other events."
