Alexis Pittman's scored a 23
rd-minute goal to help support a phenomenal day from goalkeeper
Gina Ryan and the UNC Pembroke soccer team picked up a key victory over visiting Georgia College with a 1-0 win over the Bobcats on Saturday afternoon at Lumbee River EMC Stadium.
It was the third-straight home shutout for the Braves (12-4-0, 7-3-0 PBC) who improved to 6-1-0 in Pembroke this season with Saturday's blanking. The setback marked the fourth-straight loss for the Bobcats (4-9-2, 3-5-1 PBC) who have not won in Pembroke since the 2015 regular season.
