Coker Slips Past Baseball In Extra Innings

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The UNC Pembroke baseball team rallied back from a pair of two-run deficits, but Coker used an infield dribbler to push across a run with one out in the bottom of the 12th inning to dispel of the Braves, 6-5, on Tuesday afternoon at Dave Schmotzer Stadium.

The setback stopped a five-game win streak for the Braves (14-12) who closed out a 4-1 road trip with the contest as well. The result snapped a six-game losing streak for the Cobras (11-14-1) who successfully opened up a five-game home stand.
