PEMBROKE – A luau at Lumbee River EMC Stadium, as well as an opportunity to obtain a custom UNC Pembroke Soccer scarf, highlights the slate of the promotions scheduled for the 2021 soccer campaign that was released on Thursday.
 
Custom UNCP Soccer scarves will be sold at select games amid the second half of the 2021 campaign, and students will have the opportunity to purchase their own scarf with #BraveNation app points by checking in at six of the nine scheduled home contests.
 
Saturday's home opener with region nemesis Lenoir-Rhyne will kick off the promotions slate as the Braves hold a Labor Day Luau in Pembroke, highlighted by free snow cones while supplies last. The Black & Gold will partner with the Wounded Warrior Project for the third-straight year on September 11 in order to celebrate Military Appreciation Day at Lumbee River EMC Stadium. Donations will be accepted at the gate throughout the match in support of the Wounded Warriors Project.
 
The Braves will ring in the last month of the regular season on October 6 with Think Pink Night Presented by Scotland Health Care. Youth Soccer Day will make its return to Lumbee River EMC Stadium on October 16. All interested teams should register by emailing jennifer.Smith@uncp.edu.
 
As a part of Homecoming Week, students will be able to pick up their 2021 Homecoming shirt at UNCP Soccer's Spirit Day match on October 20. The marketing & promotions schedule will wrap up on October 27 when the Braves honor their senior class on Senior Day.
 
Admission to all 2021 regular season UNCP soccer home games is free.
