Soccer Blanks Chowan For Eighth-Straight Win

MURFREESBORO – Anna Grossheim and Eugenie Amidou each scored goals 10 minutes apart in the first half to support Chiara Coppin's fourth shutout of the season as the UNC Pembroke soccer team picked up its eighth-straight victory with a 2-0 win at Chowan on Tuesday afternoon.

Chowan (2-6-1, 2-2-1) fell to 1-9-0 all-time in the series with the Black & Gold, with seven of those losses coming via shutout.

SCORING SUMMARY
