BRISTOL, TENN. – Keegan Roberson (157 pounds) rattled off a perfect day the King Open, and seven other wrestlers joined the podium with him on Saturday inside the Student Center Complex at King University. Avery Buonocore (141), Christopher Dickey (197), and Massimo Sullivan (285) all took home second-place finishes. Sam Hutchison (141), Ulises Varner (165), Jose Zambrano Canuto (184), and Christian Hercules-Pleitez (285) all placed fourth in their respective weight classes.
 
All told, eleven different wrestlers won multiple matches for the Black & Gold.

POWDER SPRINGS, GA. – Logan Hoffman (174 pounds) went 5-2 on the day to lead the UNC Pembroke group at the Life U Open at McEachern High School. 

Connor Cooper (184) went 3-2, while Kobe Masingale (141) also took home multiple victories on the day, finishing 2-2.
 
The Braves will jump back into Conference Carolinas dual action Wednesday, November 29, as they head to Franklin Springs, Ga. to take on Emmanuel. Wrestling action is set to begin at 7 p.m.
