GREENWOOD, S.C. – Top-ranked Scott Joll (174 pounds) turned in a perfect day to take first place, while fifth-ranked Logan Seliga (125) and Caleb Grau (165) each fell in the championship bouts Saturday afternoon to punch their tickets to the NCAA Championships. 10^th-ranked Jake Piccirill (149), 4^th-ranked Keegan Roberson (157), and Massimo Sullivan (285) all fought through the consolation bracket to also secure their spots in the Championships, set for March 15-16 in Wichita, Kan.

Avery Buonocore (141 pounds) and Garrett Steele (197) both finished fourth to narrowly miss securing an invite. Christopher Dickey took sixth at 184 pounds to round out the top eight finishers. The Braves compiled 127.5 team points on the way to taking second place at 11-team event.
 
The Black & Gold will be represented on the sport's biggest stage by mulitple entries for the eighth-straight season. The six wrestlers will be the second time in three years the program will be sending that many, and just the seventh time with 6+ entries in school history.
