WILSON -  Ella Reed carded a team-best seven-over-par in the second round of action to position the UNC Pembroke golf team in fourth place after two rounds at the Barton Intercollegiate at the Wilson Country Club. 

Catherine DeSiena (+19) leads the Braves in ninth place, and sits 12 strokes behind Valentina Agostino of Mount Olive, who leads the individual tournament. Taylor Black (+22) is in a tie for 12th place after the first two rounds of play, while Ella Reed (+26) and Ella Woo (+26) are in a mix for a six-way tie of 17th place. Maya Fitzgerald (+29) sits in a tie for 24th place, while newcomer Logan Howington, who is playing as an individual, is tied for 34th place. 

The Braves will play the final round of the Barton Intercollegiate on Tuesday at the Wilson Country Club.
