PEMBROKE – Athletics department officials from The University of North Carolina Pembroke announced on Monday morning that soccer's Willow Price and football's Josh Ehrlich have been named the Scotland Health Care System Braves of the Week for the week ending on August 30, 2026.
Price started in the first regular season game for the Braves and scored her first collegiate goal against Belmont Abbey on Thursday. A native of Greenville, Price played 68 minutes during the contest and had three shots, two of which were on target.
A native of Annapolis, Md., Ehrlich helped the Black & Gold to a 21-13 victory over No. 19 Wingate on Thursday evening. Ehrlich completed 20 of his 31 passing attempts for 122 yards and one touchdown. The newcomer ran the ball 17 times for a total of 61 yards and one touchdown. Ehrlich guided the Braves to 21 second half points.
