PEMBROKE – Tuesday evening's regularly-scheduled baseball contest between 19^th-ranked UNC Pembroke and Catawba has been rained out. The game will not be made up.
 
The Braves (33-12, 14-12 PBC) will close out the regular season portion of their 2018 schedule when they suit up to host Georgia Southwestern (9-32, 5-22) in a three-game series at Sammy Cox Field. The squads will open up the set with a 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon doubleheader, and close out the weekend with a 1 p.m. Senior Day contest on Sunday.
 
Saturday's twinbill in Pembroke has been tabbed as Bark In The Park and fans are encouraged to bring their dogs to the ballpark for a chance to win great prizes, including a six-month supply of dog food.
