GREENVILLE, S.C. – Kasen McCawley made it back-to-back weeks of being named Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.

The senior logged his second-straight complete game in a 4-1 win over No. 11 Francis Marion in Game 2 of the series. McCawley allowed just four hits and one earned run while striking out six. 

Entering Saturday as the top scoring offense and second-ranked in batting average in Division II, McCawley held Francis Marion to season lows in both runs and hits. 

McCawley (9-1) leads Conference Carolinas in wins, and is one of just two pitchers in Division II with nine wins.
 
McCawley and the Braves will be back in action later today, as they make the short trek to take on Wingate. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. The Braves will then return home to host No. 4 North Greenville as part of Alumni Weekend.
