PEMBROKE – A beginning season tournament in Florida along with 16 home contests highlight the 31-match UNC Pembroke volleyball schedule that was released by head coach Jaleesa Harper on Thursday. 
 
The Braves will officially lift the lid on the 2026 schedule on August 28 at the Nova Southeastern-hosted Shark Invitational in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Black & Gold will play Palm Beach Atlantic and Nova Southeastern on Friday, followed by a Saturday matchup with Middle Georgia State and Nova Southeastern inside Risk Case Arena.. 
 
UNCP will host the UNC Pembroke Invitational, which will feature five teams on September 4 and 5 at Lumbee Guaranty Bank Court. The Braves will play Virginia State and Embry-Riddle on Friday, followed by a contest with Middle Georgia State on Saturday. 
 
The Black & Gold will begin Conference Carolinas play on September 9 when they travel to battle Mount Olive inside Kornegay Arena. UNCP will its first home conference contest on September 11against Shorter. First serve is set for 6 p.m. at Lumbee Guaranty Bank Court. 
 
UNC Pembroke will battle former Peach Belt Conference rivals Augusta on October 2 at Lumbee Guaranty Bank Court and will also travel to Wingate on October 27th at 6 p.m. for non-conference action inside Cuddy Arena. 

The Conference Carolinas Tournament is set to begin on November 6. UNC Pembroke will be the host for the semifinals and championship game on November 14 and 15. More information on the championship schedule will be released at a later date.
