PEMBROKE – Athletics department officials from The University of North Carolina Pembroke announced on Monday morning that volleyball's Emily Collings and football's Josh Ehrlich have been named the Scotland Health Care System Braves of the Week for the week ending on September 20, 2026.

A native of Jacksonville, Fla., Collings helped the Braves to a 4-0 week starting in all four matches. The junior averaged 23.5 assists and 8.0 digs per match. Collings logged a double-double to start the week with 23 assists and 13 digs against Georgia College, and then closed out the week with a career-high 31 assists against Emmanuel. 

Ehrlich completed 17 of his 33 passing attempts for 285 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 44-41 victory over ninth-ranked Valdosta State. A native of Annapolis, Md., Ehrlich also ran the ball 21 times for 106 yards and a touchdown on Saturday as well.
