PEMBROKE – Athletics department officials from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke announced on Monday morning that soccer's Eugenie Amidou and football's Justin Foreman have been named the Scotland Health Care System Braves of the Week for the week ending on October 12, 2025.

Amidou held lead the Braves to a conference victory at Ferrum on Saturday with a pair of goals. It was the seniors first multi-goal game. Amidou played all 90 minutes of both games last week and finished the week with five shots, four of which were on target. 

A native of Greenville, Foreman logged eight tackles during Saturday's 52-21 homecoming victory against Shorter. The redshirt junior had four solo tackles, and had 2.5 tackles for a loss of three yards. Foreman started the second half with an interception which he returned for a 30-yard touchdown.
