INMAN, S.C. -  Catherine DeSiena and Ella Reed both carded a five-over-par on Tuesday to help the UNC Pembroke golf team to a fifth place finish at the Converse Fall Invite at the Woodfin Ridge Golf Club. 

Due to inclement weather, only one round was able to be played. 

DeSiena (+5) and Reed (+5) finished in a five-way tie for 11th place and five strokes behind Terra Schmitt of Barton who won the individual tournament shooting an even par. Maya Fitzgerald (+7) finished in a three-way tie for 20th place, while Lauren Locklear (+12) rounded out the scoring for the Black & Gold in a six-way tie for 44th place. 

Melissa Guerra Landa (+15) finished in a four-way tie for 57th place. 
 
The Braves will resume action in the spring semester for their championship season.
